Mental Skills Training

To be a well-rounded athlete there are THREE things one must be consistently working on:

  1. Their Sport Specific Skills.

  2. Their Strength & Conditioning/Nutrition.

  3. Their Mental Skills.

    After the initial session and assessment(s), topics such as the following will be taught. Some more focused than others depending on the athlete and their mental skill needs.

  1. Goal Setting

  2. Mindset/Mental Toughness

  3. Thought/Perception/Self-Talk

  4. Mindfulness

  5. Mental Imagery

  6. Behavior/Habit Modification

  7. Organization for Productivity


    • Just as we push and challenge ourselves physically, the same is true of our ability to push ourselves mentally.

    • We can train ourselves mentally to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, to feel calm in the midst of chaos, and to stay in the eye of the storm.
