Through a combination of life experience and extensive research in numerous different fields, Michael teaches athletes mental skills to help enhance their athletic performance, increase their mental toughness, and enjoy the process of self-development. Athletes learn how to create a strong mindset, improve their focus, setting and going after their goals strategically, the art of mental imagery, create good habits, break bad habits, and organize their lives to become a more efficient and prepared athlete. Everyone is different and through various assessments seeking to find strengths and weakness of the individual, Michael caters his teaching towards the needs of each athlete specifically.
Michael feels that being equipped with a strong sense of self-awareness, athletes can forge their path forward more consciously and confidently. Everyone has different wants and needs in life, and Michael believes that in order for an athlete to progress and succeed, they need to be honest with themselves about their strengths and weaknesses. It takes courage to be honest with yourself and that’s what it takes to grow, not only as an athlete, but as a person. Mental skills training is a must for any athlete looking to be that “complete player” every coach is looking for and Michael will guide you to reach your fullest potential.
